Procedure

1.1 Our agency ensures your pick-up (in Djerba) to and from your hotel to the activity location.
2.1 The person accompanying you during the activities may not necessarily speak your language perfectly. They are there to show you the paths, techniques, itineraries, and ensure your safety, but they are not obligated to have a perfect command of your language. (This particularly applies to activities like horseback riding, camel riding, quad biking, buggy rides, jet skiing, parachuting, etc.)

Cancellation and Refund

1.1 You understand that every activity booked by a customer requires financial and moral commitment from our side with other service providers (vehicle preparation, driver, and guide approved by the Tunisian Tourist Office), and all of this involves expenses that we will incur even if you cancel your outing (or at least, we will incur part of them). Therefore:

If you completely cancel your trip for any reason, Depart Travel Services will refund you in full and with pleasure. However, if you decide to cancel your outing just because you do not appreciate all the work we do to ensure the best of our services, or you found a cheaper option, Guide Voyage Tunisie will deduct 50% of what you would have paid. (This only applies to activities with rates ranging from €10 to €50.)

1.2 Our activities may be canceled due to weather conditions or force majeure. In such cases, they will be rescheduled for the following day (or the day after) under the same conditions as the initial activities. Otherwise, you will be refunded 100%.

1.3 Some activities require a minimum number of participants to proceed. In cases where the minimum number of participants is not met, our agency reserves the right to cancel the activity.

Pricing :

2.1 Adults: Adults pay 100%.
2.2 Children (under 10 years): Children under 10 years receive a 50% discount if accompanied by 2 adults.
2.3 Babies (0-1.99 years): Free.

For Excursions

Minimum Number of Participants

3.1 Our excursions require a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. Therefore, you may find yourself with other participants in the same vehicle. (This will not affect your accommodation, for example; we are only talking about transportation.) If the number of 4 people is not reached, and you do not accept to pay a supplement, our agency reserves the right to cancel the excursion.

Pricing for Children

4.1 Children pay the same rate as adults because they occupy a full seat in the vehicle.

Cancellation by the Customer

5.1 Day excursions: Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before departure.
5.2 2-day excursions: Cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before departure.
Excursions of 3 days or more: All confirmations are final because we must pay our partners (accommodations, guides, restaurants, etc.).

Payment :

6. Payment is made through our secure online payment system. Please ensure to provide the necessary payment information securely.

Cancellation and Refund:

However, even if you cancel a 1 or 2-day excursion within the deadlines defined in this document, Depart Travel Services will still deduct 20% of what you would have paid. However, circuits beyond 2 days will not be refunded at all.

Modifications

8. Agency-Initiated Modifications

8.1 Our agency reserves the right to modify the dates of activities or excursions in the case of unfavorable weather conditions or force majeure. We will inform you of any modifications as soon as possible and propose alternatives if necessary.
