Day 1: Welcome to Tunisia

Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Djerba. Free day and possibility of walking in the city or idleness according to the flight schedules.

Accommodation: Hotel Dar Bhar or similar

Day 2: Ksours, Berber villages and night in a cottage

After breakfast, fasten your belts in 4*4 and go on an adventure during this 3-day tour in Tunisia to discover the 3 deserts! Head to Tataouine, the city famous for its Ksours and Berber villages.

The first stop will be at the salt lake of Chahbania, a photo break during which your guide will give you the detailed title of the day.

Continue to the local market of the city and enjoy a free time to stroll through its alleys and enjoy the famous local pastry «The horns of Gazelle».

Then head to Chenini, one of the most beautiful Berber villages where you will meet your local guide! With his wide smile, a lot of love for his village and passion for his job as a local guide. He will accompany you for a walk of about 1 hour to discover the village and its secret corners! See attics, houses embedded in mountain walls, oil mill, mosque and more…

Around noon, a local meal would be a good reward after the walk you did!

After lunch, head to Ksar Hadada, one of the most famous Star Wars sites! Visit and discover the scenery of this Saga.

Continue to the village of Beni Khadech, a pearl of the Dhaher region and settle in Ksar Jouamaa

Day 3: Ksar Ghilane Oasis and Homestay Tour

At Ksar Jouamaa, try to wake up early to admire the wonderful sunrise! Enjoy a good breakfast then head to Ksar Ghilane. Considered one of the most important gates of the desert, this oasis is really beautiful! In the middle, a natural hot spring serves not only for swimming but also for irrigation of the palm groves around. At the four ends, fine sand dunes stretch as far as the eye can see!

Take the time to swim, if you wish, a ride in quad or camel in the dunes then enjoy a lunch in the desert.

After lunch, departure to Matmata, the troglodyte village par excellence! Arrival and visit of a Berber family in his house dug under the ground! Inside, you will not only have the right to visit all the rooms, but also to enjoy a good rosemary tea, served by your host with olive oil, honey and homemade bread!

Continue to the Berber village of Toujane, a fascinating village timidly hidden between two mountains… Stop photos and return to Djerba.
