Activities

Cancellation and Refund

1.1 Activities can be cancelled up to 24 hours before departure and will be refunded 100%, excluding bank fees. Please note that only bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
1.2 Our activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions or in case of force majeure.
1.3 Some activities require a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, our agency reserves the right to cancel the excursion.

Pricing

2.1 Adult: Adults pay 100%.
2.2 Children (under 10 years old): Children under 10 years old enjoy a 50% discount if accompanied by 2 adults.
2.3 Infants (0-1.99 years old): Free of charge.

Excursions

3. Minimum Number of Participants

3.1 Our excursions require a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, our agency reserves the right to cancel the excursion.

Pricing for Children
4.1 Children pay the same rate as adults as they occupy a seat in the vehicle.

Cancellation by the Client

5.1 Single-day excursions: Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before departure.
5.2 Excursions of 2 days or more: Please note the following cancellation conditions:

2-day excursion: Free cancellation at least 3 days in advance.
3-day or longer tours: All confirmations are final as we need to pay our partners (accommodations, guides, restaurants, etc.).

6. The payment is made via our secure online payment system. Please ensure that you provide the necessary payment information securely.
